After lockdown, I was really apprehensive about getting back into yoga. However a gentle Sunday evening class with Vicky made all the difference. She’s such a patient and considerate teacher, providing the best care and tips. She really tailored the session to suit my needs, ensuring that I was comfortable and deeply connected to my breath. Vicky gave a private yoga class for me and three friends at my house. I am new to yoga so it was really beneficial to have a dedicated class where Vicky could correct our positions and ensure we were gaining the full benefit from the session. She has a very calming presence, which is obviously essential as a yoga instructor. Vicky’s communication in the lead up to the class was great. I would highly recommend her and will be booking a session in the near future!
